Chief Prosecutor Olsian Çela was present today at the presentation of the program for the Justice Center's international competition.

In his speech, Çela considered it a serious and visionary process that will serve many institutions of the justice system.

Among other things, Çela also addressed a concern related to the timeframe that the full implementation of the process will take, recalling that during this time, the needs of these institutions must also be taken into account.

"I would very positively assess this process that has begun. For several years we have been making joint efforts for the judicial system, to find a solution for the first instance prosecutor's offices and the courts of appeal. The process seemed to have stalled, but it had a starting point and it is a very serious and visionary process. I think it is a long-term and modern solution. It responds to what are more or less our needs, while also having some flexibility. The only concern I have and that I have discussed with the minister is that, given the deadlines needed for the development of the project, until its development, they will also have to take into account the needs that these institutions may have until reaching the final point", - said Çela. /CNA
