Debate in session/ Balla-Berisha: You have served Serbia your whole life, vacate

The head of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, in today's plenary session, called on the DP to distance itself from the violence used in the protests.

Balla said it is clear that the people involved were paid to commit acts of violence.

Further, in his speech, Balla focused on the trial of former KLA leaders in The Hague, where he requested the drafting of a statement, making it clear to The Hague that Albania does not accept the mud thrown over the Kosovo war.

During his speech, Balla also leveled accusations at the Democrat leader Berisha, who at that moment had blocked the podium, saying that he had served Berisha his entire life.

 

" The DP should distance itself from the violence used in the protests. The people involved are clearly paid to commit those acts of violence. The Albanian Parliament should urgently speak out in defense of the state police. We should demand the application of additional measures for the inviolability of the state police."

Let us assign Mr. Shehu and Hasani to the Foreign Policy Committee, and urgently prepare a statement by the Assembly to make it clear to The Hague that Albania and the Albanians, the Albanian people, cannot accept the mud thrown at the liberation war of the People of Kosovo.

"You, who have served Serbia your entire life, vacate that podium and leave us alone," said Balla.
