Plenary session today/ Here's what's expected to be discussed

The Albanian Parliament will hold its plenary session today starting at 10:00.

On the agenda are interpellations with the Minister of Education, Mirela Kumbaro, as well as a question and answer session with the Minister of Health, Evis Sala.

Today's session also included the draft law on the foreign service in the Republic of Albania.

 

Agenda

 

In accordance with Article 7, point 6, and Article 27/1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly, based on the calendar of proceedings

of the Assembly for the period 9 -27 February 2026,

I ORDER:

I. Meeting of the Assembly in plenary session on 12.2.2026, 10:00.

II. The agenda of the plenary session is as follows:

1. Approval of the minutes of the plenary sessions of 27.1.2026 and 3.2.2026.

2. Notifications.

4. Interpellation with the Minister of Education, Ms. Mirela Kumbaro, requested by MP Erisa Xhixho.

3. Interpellation with the Minister of Education, Ms. Mirela Kumbaro, requested by MP Erald Kapri.

5. Question and answer session with the Minister of Health and Social Welfare, Ms. Evis Sala,

requested by MP Erion Braçe.

6. Draft law "On the foreign service in the Republic of Albania".

7. Draft law "On an amendment to Law No. 61/2012 "On excise duties in the Republic of Albania",

changed.

8. Draft law "On an amendment to law no. 92/2014, "On value added tax in the Republic

Albania", amended.

9. Draft law "On some amendments to law no. 27/2018 "On Cultural Heritage and Museums"

10. Draft decision "On the approval of the structure, organizational structure and salary classification of personnel with

of Elections".

11. Draft decision "On some additions to decision no. 65/2025 "On the appointment of substitute members in

composition of the permanent committees of the Assembly", amended.

12. Discussions on matters outside the agenda.
