Today, the Fier Court accepted the request to release Ervin Salianji on bail.

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, commented on Salianj's release, saying that the latter was politically convicted by Rama and Xhafaj.

Berisha emphasized that the main goal of imprisoning Ervin Salianj was to imprison the truth that Edi Rama, Fatmir Xhafaj and Geron Xhafaj led and benefited from trafficking from Vlora to Italy.

"Before we dwell on the shameful electoral farce, May 11, 2025, I want to condemn once again with the greatest force, the political punishment of MP Ervin Salianji by Edi Rama and Fatmir Xhafaj, the main leaders of the criminal organization of the narco-state.

Ervin Salianji suffered outside of any law, Constitution, or order.

9 months in prison just because he denounced Geron Xhafa as the main trafficker in the Vlora District, who was wanted in Milan.

The imprisonment of Ervin Salianji had as its main goal the imprisonment of the truth that Edi Rama, Fatmir Xhafaj and Geron Xhafaj led and benefited from trafficking from Vlora to Italy.

Of course, keeping Ervin Salianj in prison without any guilt is the direct personal responsibility of Edi Rama and Fatmir Xhafa.

"Today's court decision was postponed by the order of Edi Rama and Fatmir Xhafa for over 6 weeks in a shameful and endlessly vindictive act," Berisha said. / CNA
