Teliti: Transparency has been lacking for 7 months regarding the State Treasury tender
The Advisor for Economic Affairs at the Democratic Party, ...

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, declared today that what is being observed by the opposition on voting day exceeds any imagination.
Invited to the show 'Çim Peka Live' on 'Syri Tv', Berisha mentioned suspicious situations related to what he describes as an electoral farce.
According to Berisha, drug cartels were also mobilized on May 11th.
"Primarily, I will deal with the electoral farce, which exceeds any kind of imagination. In what sense? A man who allocates half a billion euros in procurement for votes; a man who donates 76 million euros, 48 ??percent of voters who are pensioners; a man who forgives 200 million euros in fines and interest 2 days before the elections in violation of the law; a man who organizes 4,500 events; a man who signs the planting of 29 thousand hectares of cannabis out of the 200 that the law provides; a man who has mobilized tens of thousands of employees as electoral operatives in violation of the law and has armed them with the personal data of citizens in violation of the law; a man who employs tens of thousands with temporary employment to get votes; uses executive power to sign thousands and thousands of legalizations, building permits, certificates to get votes, you can rightly think that this man has closed his accounts with these and left that day alone.
A man who mobilized cartels, each of which is more powerful than any ministry, to support the candidates they commissioned, no longer dealt with votes on election day.
But what we find on voting day exceeds any imagination.
We are focused on areas dominated by cartels. In areas dominated by cartels, there are no commissioners. There is an ultimatum to leave while your head is moving. Today I demonstrated that voters came in vain because the commissioner voted. Filmed. He just folded the vote and put it in the centers. You have it on FB today.
The voter goes there in vain.
In dozens and hundreds of other cases, the carousel, the Bulgarian Train, is completely open. He takes the ballot, puts it in his pocket, and comes out to hand it in.
Next, a person who votes 3 times, 5 times.
All in the drug cartel area.
If you look, we have very clear signs of boxes that cannot be boxes. Ballot boxes in which there are no signatures of commissioners. Ballot boxes in which the discrepancies between the submitted and voted ballots are such that they have no connection to the polling centers.
Now we are analyzing the diaspora vote. What comes out in the submissions? Hundreds of submissions without any signature. It is not known to whom it was submitted at all. Without any signature. In hundreds of submissions there is a visa as a signature. In hundreds of others a butterfly has been made as a signature, but identical.
So, it's a whole elaborate process.
"We are collecting all of this. We are demonstrating to Albanian citizens, but we will also present it to international observers and then there will be a dialogue with Albanians that we have definitively lost the vote and what we will do," Berisha said./CNA
