Kristina Nano is elected new chairwoman of LRE!

After the departure of Arian Galdini, LRE has elected a new leader who will lead the party.

Kristina Nano will now be the chairwoman of LRE.

Nano was elected in the Assembly held on October 25, 2025.

"On the calendar, a number, in the shared memory, an event that reaffirms the reason why we set out.

On October 25, 2025, the LRE Assembly convened to do two things that, in a profound sense, are one and the same: to mark the fifth anniversary of the Rinisje Movement and to elect a new Chairwoman.

The hall enjoyed a good silence. The flags did not become curtains, they became frames. On the table, not promises, but blank papers waiting to be filled with faith.

On the evening of October 25, 2025, with an overwhelming majority, the members of LRE gave the leadership of the Rinisje Movement to Kristina Nano. Thus begins the new era of LRE. Five years ago, the word turned into the community, today the community gives the word a new shape.

This process of transitioning leadership from Arian Galdini to Kristina Nano was not a calendar decoration, it was proof of what Hannah Arendt called "the right to begin", the natality of politics, the ability to bring into the world something that has never been before.

Restarting does not interrupt continuity, it gives it a new step.

This is why the signs of the day are read more convincingly than its headlines, the presence of the new generation not as decoration, but as a responsibility, the passing of the oath not as a stage, but as a mature agreement, a new direction, without losing the guidance of principles.

Kristina Nano is the figure who makes this transition seem natural.

She comes with a doctorate in Leadership from James Madison University, where the architecture of freedom is taught as a discipline of the mind and heart, not as a phrase.

There, a fundamental truth of the mental constitution is internalized, strong institutions are built on wise preventions, good leadership lies in the internal masses.

Previously, as an economist with excellent results (bachelor's and master's degrees in Turkey), she read the numbers without forgetting the person, and saw the market scales without losing the taste for justice.

These two shores, knowledge and service, meet in Kristina without clashing, competence that does not cool the heart, kindness that does not weaken the standard.

The art of leadership, as James MacGregor Burns has noted, is not simply the ability to project vision, but the relationship that grows others while also growing the leader.

Greenleaf called this "service," moving forward only to the extent that it clears the way for others.

Heifetz added the dimension of adaptation, of staying true to the goal, changing the means when circumstances require it.

In this triad, Kristina enters as a measure, she evokes youth without wasting it, she knows the danger of easy words and likes work that is weighed, not noise that is measured.

The five-year assembly gave us the opportunity to look back without looking back.

There were years of training in the dark, in the mud, in silence, but the season of patience made the season of work possible.

LRE taught itself and us that parenting is a way of thinking publicly, of imagining politics through the eyes of children, of measuring every service with the honesty of the home.

Patience became an everyday expression, not leaving someone alone, even when you disagree, even when it's hard to stay close.

Neo-Albanianism did not remain a book on the shelf, it became a grammar of life, a language pure from respect, a living memory like a compass, a culture that works like capital.

These are not extinguished by rotations, they are transformed into a score that a good orchestra maintains the rhythm of even when the conductor changes.

The transition from the Founding Chairman to the new Chairman proves that LRE has understood the risk of becoming a chairman as much as the risk of becoming a museum, neither the cult of the office nor the cult of yesterday's film.

The role of the founder maintains the compass, the role of the chairperson maintains the rhythm, one is the living memory of why we started, the other is the clear mind of how we continue.

There are not two suns, it is the sun and the morning star that portray the same dawn. This symmetry stops the rush of the ego and gives space to the institution of consciousness.

In the language of economics, Kristina brings an emphasis that has been missing from the public sphere, morality as the infrastructure of the market.

Healthy profit stems from service, the dignity of work is the only currency that is not devalued by crisis cycles, trust is the norm that reduces transaction costs and increases the speed of development.

And this is not beautiful rhetoric, it is a method. Societies that honor the word, exclude favoritism, and live order as a daily rhythm rather than a dry lecture, create well-being that does not fade with the fashions of the day.

There is also a deeper meaning to this day. We, who have often spoken of education as the growth of the mind and of the state as prudent care, see in Kristina a real bridge, a researcher of leadership in a serious academic culture, an economist raised in high demands, a young woman who makes equality seem like a competence before it sounds like a slogan.

This resembles an old Albanian dream, a mind that absorbs the world and a heart that preserves the country.

Where these two horizons meet, politics no longer tires, it begins to nourish. For LRE, this moment is not the crown of a road, but the threshold of a house that we have just finished building. The threshold is neither inside nor outside, it is the place where faith becomes visible.

That's where Kristina Nano steps in today, on the front lines to keep alive the ecology of truth, the tranquility of language, the rule of kindness.

We no longer need podiums that confuse free speech with free insult, nor studios that entertain cynicism, we need laboratories of maturity where tomorrow is carefully prepared.

Five years after its inception, the movement sees itself as a school of character, a place where experience does not suffocate you, but grows you, where criticism does not bring you down, but sobers you; where success does not intoxicate you, but forces you to be more sober.

This school, today, is run by a young girl with deep resources, Kristina Nano, not a successful photographer, but a new face.

LRE enters the era where education increases intelligence, economy increases dignity, the state increases trust. Not with immediate miracles, but with the method of what is done well. At the end of the day, trust still keeps its word.

We don't succeed because our voices get louder, we succeed because the weight of the word is the same even when the lights go out.

The election of Kristina Nano by an overwhelming majority is not just news, it is the geometry of hope, a community that knows its own melody and hands over the baton to a conductor who knows that music does not belong to the one who conducts it, but to those who make it together.

"This is the new era that begins for LRE - Rinisja. When eras begin with light, the horizon does not promise miracles, it promises the tranquility of things that are done well," writes Arian Galdini./ CNA
