The political leader of the Democratic Party for Tirana, Belind Këlliçi, wrote in a status on social networks that the massacre of diaspora votes was greatest in the Tirana district.
Këlliçi says that in the Tirana district, 1,033 more votes were counted than there are envelopes in total.
Këlliçi further states that Rama has exceeded all expectations by stealing the diaspora's vote.
