"We have opened the new branch of the College of Europe"/ Rama jokes

The International FII (Future Investment Initiative) Forum is taking place in Tirana. Present at this forum, Prime Minister Edi Rama said in his speech that Albania finally did something before France, referring to holding the forum in our country.

Rama also touched on yesterday's summit held in the capital, for which he said it was understood how complicated it is to organize such events.

The Prime Minister announced that a new branch of the College of Europe has opened in Albania, where he said there are many students from all over the world. Rama even joked with the French president, who was present at the forum. The Prime Minister told Macron that French students no longer want to return to France and he hopes that he will not be blamed by his country's opposition for this.

"We finally did something before France, which is a good start. After four elections, the risk of talking too much is present. We are very proud of what we have achieved. The responsibility is very great and the demand for high-level results is increasing day by day. Yesterday we realized how complicated it is to organize such a big event. We want our friends to say that we are strategic partners of the US and the EU.

The times we live in are complicated. When I heard the US president talk about a golden age for America, my feeling was that a golden age could dawn for Europe as well.

"Thanks to the help of some leaders, we have opened a new branch of the College of Europe in Tirana. We have students from all over Europe and those who come want to stay and work in Tirana. They don't want to go to France anymore, Emmanuel. I hope the opposition doesn't blame you ," Rama said./ CNA
