Regarding the Tirana incinerator, Belind Kelliçi declared tonight that Erion Veliaj is an excellent candidate for the cell, an excellent candidate to answer to the law.

Kelliçi published a new document related to the Tirana incinerator affair.

The letter published by Këlliçi is a reply signed by Alban Dokushi, legal director in the Municipality of Tirana.

Alban Dokushi replied to the administrator of the Tirana incinerator in May 2020, where waste and soil were deposited, while she asked him who owned the property where the landfill was erected.

"The legal director does not know how to tell the Sharra landfill whether or not the property of the landfill was the property of the Municipality", Kelliçi quoted the letter signed by Dokushi.

Kelliçi said that the director is clear about who has the property in the inventory, but left an evasive answer, thus allowing millions of euros to be stolen, but to remove the responsibility from himself.

He said that this letter is the same in logic as the one signed by Erion Veliaj for the incinerator, where he stated that he agreed in principle. Kelliçi said that all documents bear the signature of Veliaj and the seal of the Municipality of Tirana./ CNA
