In the investigation file of SPAK, there are communications between the employees of the "5D" company, where, among other things, one of them declares that the mayor Erion Veliaj is a shareholder in a hotel in Durrës.

Former deputy Genc Pollo reacted to SPAK's investigations. In a status on social networks, he says that Veliaj can deny the shares with his directors in the hotel that holds the status of strategic investment.

Pollo declares that the mayor of Tirana is not taking responsibility for the tax robbery, the arrested directors, nor is he asking for a public apology.

"The only thing that comes out of his mouth is to deny that he has shares, together with his directors, in the hotel with strategic status.

Not a single word mentions his responsibility:
