Prime Minister Edi Rama participated in the 20th edition of the Bled Forum in Slovenia, invited to the discussion on the role of states and the future of the European Union.

Prime Minister Rama gave several messages to the EU, one of which was about the psychology of entrepreneurship. He said that the governments of European countries do not see themselves as entrepreneurs, but everything is demanded from the executive, which leads to an increase in debt.

Rama criticized Europe for not moving like other countries in the world due to bureaucracies and regulations. The Albanian Prime Minister said in his message that the EU must specialize in order to cure problems, otherwise it will fall.

"There is a problem in Europe where entrepreneurs are seen as opponents of what the government will do. We in Europe are not used to having an entrepreneurial exhaust like in the US, we ask for more money, more budget, more debt and we get blocked, we need to give the ministries and the executive the message that they need to behave like entrepreneurs and make money.

Europe is a union, but EU pathologists must specialize in order to take care of the patient's body, otherwise decline will be inevitable.

The best formula for Europe is to be entrepreneurial.

"Europe must decide whether it will be the United States of Europe or whether it will dissolve. On the other hand, Europe is the most extraordinary administrative machine, but drafting excessive regulations before inventing anything makes the EU difficult for business," said Prime Minister Rama.

Rama also spoke about strengthening the EU's defense, saying that the union is turning from a peace project into a war project and that it should not be transformed into a fortress.

While you see the world developing and moving rapidly, the question you ask yourself is why isn't Europe there? The answer must be prepared in a different way, a different way of life is not a reason to distance yourself, we must be more open to the world, Europe must be the crossroads where everyone passes, not a fortress.

To transform Europe from a peace project into a war project, before the enemy comes we will see each other whether the weapons work.
