The political leader of the Democratic Party for Tirana, Belind Këlliçi, invited to Syri TV, spoke about the incinerator affair.

Këlliçi said that so far 400 million euros have been paid for the three non-existent incinerators. Regarding this mega-fraud, Këlliçi said that the masterpiece of theft remains the Tirana incinerator.

Next, he stopped at the Elbasan incinerator, which he said was taken over by a Rama suicide bomber, Gledian Llatja, and has not produced a single kilowatt of energy.

 

"And if you remember, let's return to the statements of the prime minister in 2013-2014 when he declared a national environmental emergency, when in the name of waste in all the cities of Albania, he demanded a deep reform, a new strategy and invented incinerators that we had not heard of until then. He announced 3 national projects because this is a national strategy of Edi Rama to treat waste with which he would process waste, incinerate and produce energy and deposit all waste in all landfills and through the 3 main incinerators that he had in the project, which was Elbasan 22 million euros, then Fier which was 28 million... in fact, over 400 million euros have gone so far, money paid. 128 million was Tirana, but it has exceeded 185 so far and the masterpiece of theft was the Tirana incinerator.

If we have a building in Elbasan, which you initially remember from 2016 if I'm not mistaken about the first denunciations that were made about this affair, today we have a building in Elbasan, a large carbine built with kerosene which produces nothing, has doubled the city's cleaning fee. It was taken under administration by a kamikaze of Edi Rama such as Gledian Llatja in the Municipality of Elbasan and not a single kilowatt of energy has been produced.
