Kosovo elected the Speaker of the Parliament/ Berisha congratulates Dimal Basha on the job

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, shared a congratulatory message this evening for the newly elected leader of the Kosovo Assembly, Dimal Basha.

Through a post on social networks, Berisha states that this election came after a procedure that lasted several months.

Berisha emphasizes that Basha's election was carried out as part of the will of the citizens from the February elections and wished him success in his duty.

"Dear friends, after a procedure that lasted several months, Kosovo, in accordance with the procedure, elected the Speaker of the Assembly to emerge from the February 2025 elections. On this occasion, on behalf of the DP, I wish the elected Speaker, Mr. Dimal Basha, success in his duty and the Assembly of Kosovo good work," Berisha wrote. /CNA
