Prime Minister Edi Rama, present at the presentation of the "Mountains Package", criticized the mayor of Shkodra, Benet Beci, for not submitting rural maps.
The prime minister ironically said that Beci started work on the "Mountain Package" when he was beardless and now that he has a beard like Rama, he has still not submitted the maps of the zones.
