The final report by the OSCE-ODIHR on the parliamentary elections of May 11th mentions, among other things, the process of voting from abroad.

This type of voting, which took place for the first time in these elections, is considered well-managed.

It is also noted that this process was affected by several administrative issues.

 "Out-of-country voting, introduced for the first time for these elections, was well managed, despite the late political agreement and approval of this measure, as well as some organizational issues. The ruling party benefited from the extensive use of administrative resources during the campaign, creating an undue advantage for senior officials. There were also many allegations of pressure on voters, especially public employees," the report said. /CNA
