Member of the DP National Council Adriana Kalaja has declared that she is against Florjan Binaj as the opposition candidate for the Municipality of Tirana.

During an interview, Kalaja stated that he has sent a request to DP leader Sali Berisha, saying that this is a wrong and unstatutory decision.

"I stood up at the meeting and told the doctor that this was a wrong decision. Not even a week ago, I sent him a request in my capacity as the leader of the DP that the choice to accept a candidate from outside the party is unconstitutional. This is my position. I am against the voices that start criticizing the doctor," said Kalaja./ CNA
