"Vlora is facing massive emigration"/ Sota: I will implement 100-200

The candidate for mayor of Vlora who is supported by the opposition, Dionis Sota, invited to the show "Kafe Shqeto" with journalist Flavio Qarri, listed the problems that concern the residents of the city where he is running.

Sota said that there is no talk of mass emigration, high apartment prices, and central government interference in local government.

Candidate Sota said that for young people he will implement a start-up worth 50 million lek for every young person who proposes a business idea for a 6-month period.

" There is no talk of mass emigration, today Vlora is emptier than every passing year. We need to talk about this in depth, and to do this analysis of how the future of this city should be transformed."

I implemented the program, in the first 6 months I implemented a youth start-up. 100-200 million old lek, 50 million lek for every young person who comes and brings business projects, young people have lost hope. But it kills confidence, creativity to move it forward, it is very dangerous for the future of Vlora, because the youth is what will take the fate of the city into their hands in the future . "

Sota said that he will cooperate with banks on apartment prices in order to create the new Vlora.

" Apartment prices are increasing, people see the future where there is support from work, income and finances. They also seek a home for healthy families, and at affordable prices. The municipality has the power, in cooperation with banks, to create and study areas where the municipality has access, to create the new Vlora."

I have offered to change this type of system, which no longer works and Vlora is tired. It has reached a situation for Vlora's businesses that no longer moves with this spirit and system that is increasingly depopulating Vlora. Let it be an impetus to restore trust, to become an active part of Vlora's government-making. My position is oppositional, I do not see them in colors. For me, they are divided into people with values ??who have the right to contribute to their city .

Dionis Sota also commented on the opponents' campaign, saying that he does not like it because they have been in power for 12 years and do not cooperate to see where the problems lie.

" I don't like the campaign and the statements from the socialists of Vlora today, when they say that we are sleepless for the campaign. It's a shame. What are you going to promise in 12 years of power. It's immoral to express them. I would dream that Vlora was at that kind of level. Citizens don't trust them anymore. It's a shame to blackmail and play with people's psychology. Shameful, to stay sleepless when Vlora needed it, to roll up your sleeves and become one with the employees where things are going wrong. Whether it's mayor or any other position, I sit and listen to the criticism.

I want Vlora to have great confidence, for the municipality to take on the real authority that belongs to a municipality. Recently, 3 mayors have been changed and the same prime minister has removed them, pointed the finger at them and brought them to a point... The citizens of Vlora and the people voted for him, the mayor is the authority and dignity of Vlora. I am here not for personal ego, at the moment when there is a unifying alternative, I have always been open, I am always ready to support this alternative in a healthy and positive way", said Sota./ CNA
