Prime Minister Edi Rama, during a roundtable discussion with the business, said that the non-declaration of real property sale prices in Albania will be put to an end. 

In front of the construction businessmen, Rama emphasized that the moment has come to stop this phenomenon. 

"You had made a business plan that would lie to the state endlessly? Didn't you foresee this? Do you also have a business plan for evasion? Please don't interrupt me, let me finish, turn off the microphone. The time has come to say stop You build and you do very well that you build, but at the same time the municipalities have to build in infrastructure, they have to rebuild all the spaces around and you do not undertake anything. But for you to sell the apartments for 2 thousand, 3 thousand, 4 well, 5 thousand, 6 thousand and sell spaces for 7 thousand 8 thousand and declare that prices that are far from reality cannot continue. How much do you want to earn?", said Rama.
