Bislim Ahmetaj, the former chairman of the "90 Group", requested a transitional government this Friday.

Through a status on social networks, Ahmetaj declares that Albania needs a transitional government to survive, at least for one year.

He says that in this way "he can clean himself of the sludge, slime and rust that has drowned the Albanian state in every link of it".

Bislim Ahmetaj proposes that the transitional government be built by professors of the country's public universities starting from Shkodra to Gjirokastër, Korçë, Elbasan and Durrës to be completely apolitical.

The country urgently needs a transitional government.

Today's Albania is difficult to the point of impossible to describe either as a writer, a sociologist or as a politician. Sometimes I see it as an apple in "Adam's Garden" bitten on every side, not by Eve, but by shadows.

Then it appears to me as a building brought down by an apocalyptic earthquake around which the rats of politics and its historical enemies are clapping their hands.

I often see it as an "atomic bomb" the keys of which are owned by all kinds of street people and political animals.

Albania needs a transitional government for survival, at least one year, in order to clean itself from the sludge, slime and rust that has drowned the Albanian state in every link.

One year would be enough to sober up the indoctrinated, blind, rotten minds of corruption and primitive revenge.

One year would be enough to have an election law universally accepted, where the Albanians of the diaspora are included, a law that increases trust and guarantees the secrecy of the vote and its counting.

One year would be enough to free justice from the control of the current government, from the pressure of the opposition and from the arbitrary influence of the American embassy or other western and eastern embassies.

One year would be enough to bring to the voter programs, candidates and alternatives that give guarantees to the voters that they are not soap bubbles or electoral drugs.

One year would be enough to end the endless transition.

This transitional one-year government, in order to be completely apolitical and non-provincial, should, in my opinion, be built by professors of the country's public universities, starting from Shkodra to Gjirokastër, Korçë, Elbasan, Durrës.

To stop in Tirana at the University of Tirana, the Polytechnic University, the Agricultural University, the University of Medicine, the University of Sports and Arts.

Eleven lecturers-ministers, who should not have had any political commitment in their past, with a short and clear oracle program, for one year could bring the quality change perceived by Albanians closer to the country honest and virtuous, who I believe and think constitute our majority.
