The candidate of the opposition for the municipality of Tirana, Belind Këlliçi, has presented his program with 5 points that bring change, with the residents in the Sauk area. Kelliçi said that corruption in the Municipality is one of the main reasons why citizens do not have water and schools, or other basic services.

They were worried, they issued a "psychologist's order", they issued an "order to the CEC", they held a meeting at the SP, they were very worried about morale, why did Belindi give the middle finger to whom? Corruption! What did I do it for? To talk about corruption, which is never talked about in the media. To talk about Erion Velija, nobody talks about his corruption. The most corrupt politician that can be in the Balkans. And to draw attention to this issue that no one talks about", said Këlliçi.

He further added that currently the panorama that is presented on television is that of a Tirana without towers, with 24-hour water, or with schools and kindergartens. But in fact, according to Belind Kelliç, today Tirana is a city where there are problems with infrastructure, drinking water, schools, nurseries, kindergartens, etc.

"See often that this sun rises from the north, see the clock tower, without towers that drown it, see the beautiful 3D projects, see schools that do not exist, see kindergartens that are not part of here. He laughs at you, tells you that you have 24 hours of drinking water. There is talk of a Tirana that does not exist. Meanwhile, the reality of Tirana, only here 1 km away from the center, is terrible. A total lack on the part of the local government, on the part of the municipality for the citizen, with a lack of roads, with a lack of infrastructure, with a lack of lighting, signage, with a lack of nurseries, kindergartens, schools" - said Belind Kelliçi.

While the opponent has neither a balance sheet nor a program, Belind Kelliçi said that his plan for Tirana is being attacked and criticized, because all the forecasts are low cost.

"A week of debate with urban planners and engineers, give me the cost of the underpass, 200 meters of underpass, 170 meters of entrance and exit ramp, how much does it cost. Belind, I want 4 million, but if we say the maximum, due to the price of iron, concrete, and all, it can go 4.5. Are you serious, I told you? That we are used to other numbers! Yes! Belind Kelliçi also spoke in Sauk about free public transport, stressing that it will be a service from which 200 thousand citizens of Tirana will benefit every day.

"I made a promise for free public transport. Very easy, very easy. 6.8% of the total budget of the municipality goes to 200 thousand citizens per day. They came out and said first, this is a joke. OK! They tried it for two days, this thesis failed. They came out and said it can't be done, I didn't have any money. And when there was lek for 430 million euros for a ghost incinerator, there was no lek for 200 thousand citizens of Tirana. 16.5 million euros per year, to serve the city? Belind Kelliçi accused Erion Veliaj of taking away the breath of small and medium-sized businesses with taxes, while he promised that after May 14 they will be reduced or zero.

“Nuk thotë dot asnjë fjalë, thotë ku do t`i gjejë lekët. Unë kam propozuar një paketë për biznesin e vogël e të mesëm, për uljen e taksave dhe tarifave. Një tjetër angazhim është ai për oazet e gjelbërta. Belind Këlliçi u shpreh se ato do të ndikojnë në rritjen e jetës komunitare.

Dhe kjo nuk është normale, kjo që po i bëhet Tiranës. Jam në këtë betejë për një qytet normal”-tha Belind Këlliçi.
