Enkelejd Alibeaj's Democratic Party candidate for Tirana, Roland Bejko, has returned to Lulzim Basha's plan to build a tram in the capital, which never happened.

To facilitate transportation, we will build above and below ground parking lots at the entrance to the city, so that over 40,000 cars that come to Tirana will be parked in these parking lots. The tram is necessary for a city like Tirana and the construction of a subway. Important is the idea we have of a metropolitan city.
