"The next mandate will be a mandate of economic growth for all residents of Korça Municipality."

This is what the political leader of the district, Niko Peleshi, said during the meeting with residents of neighborhoods 5 and 13 of the city. For Pelesh, the family economy in the next mandate will be the main focus, to take Korça to another standard.

"Ward 5 and Ward 13, like all of Korça, is no longer a suburb. Korça is beautiful everywhere. Investment and work must go to every family in the city and the countryside. What Korça has suffered all these years, we want to bring to every family. Every family should be 180 degrees better than it was before. Tomorrow, at the beginning of this mandate, we will say with all our mouths that the economy of every family has been transformed. This mandate is a mandate that will see the benefit of what has been invested. We will have a change and an improvement in every family not only thanks to the work of the municipality but also thanks to the work of the central government."

On the other hand, the mayor Sotiraq Filo, after the investments made in these neighborhoods, completing them with the necessary infrastructure, stopped at the new investments that will affect this area during the next mandate. For Filo, economic growth is at the center of his program with very important projects supporting this initiative. Therefore, for this too, Filo asked for support in the May 14 elections.

"If you ask me to define our four-year program in one sentence, it is economic growth in every family in the city and in the countryside. But this growth is not achieved with words but with concrete projects that will increase the income of every family and reduce costs. So we have some major projects. But the road to their realization goes through your vote on May 14. We need to successfully emerge from these elections, win the position of mayor, but also win the municipal council, which will then support the municipality's projects."/ CNA.al
