A denunciation has come to the editorial office of CNA, regarding the buying of votes in Mallakastër, as the local elections of May 14 are approaching.

The citizens accuse that Agron Kapllanaj, the DP candidate of Enkelejd Alibeaj, is interfering with his people to buy votes.

After the denunciation, it is the Ambassador for Peace, Dashuri Divintari, who went around Mallakastër and distributed the envelopes.

Dashuri Divintari has been detained by the police for buying and selling votes in favor of Kapllanaj.

While Enkelejd Alibeaj goes to meetings and talks about the restoration of democracy and the punishment of people who buy votes, his candidate "makes trouble" in Mallakastër.

Agron Kapllanaj is the candidate who has been accused of taking millions of tenders from the government. Also, he has been accused by DP of having been convicted of theft in Italy.

The CEC allowed his candidacy in the May 14 elections, despite the conviction for theft in Italy and the accusations brought by the Democratic Party. But, as the citizens also denounce, Kapllanaj is "putting his hands" into the local elections, buying votes./ CNA.al
