That's why I say that after these elections in Albania, if we want to have change and not just rotation, we should start a movement, which will try to disempower, starting from the prime minister and going to the most insignificant mayor.

That's why I say that this is a phenomenon that should also affect the Socialist Party, if those moths that we are talking about now have entered and this is the only way for Albania to be freed from the mayorocracy, which is taking its breath away, the spirit from both sides of it, both in power and in the opposition.
