Prime Minister Edi Rama complained this evening about the municipality of Shkodra, which is known as a bastion of the DP and is run by the right.

Rama said on Ylli Rakip's show that this municipality has been the most problematic and has blackened his life. He emphasized that for the roads they have made in Shkodra region, the municipality has delayed the works, as it does not deal with expropriations.

" We planted trees in cemeteries, but it is clear that Shkodra does not need trees only in cemeteries, while the most typical example is what happened to us and the municipality of Shkodra when we tried to work with it. We have done more for Shkodra than we did the Shkodër-Velipoja road, an investment that was expected from day one. We did the Shkodër-Theth road, we started the Shengjin-Velipoja road.

Three strategic axes for the economy and tourism of Shkodra and the common characteristic of these three roads is that they have "blackened our lives".
