The candidate of the "Together We Win" coalition for Tirana, Belind Kelliçi, has kept his promise that after May 14, public transport will be free for all citizens.

Kelliçi said that if Veliaj has 430 million euros for ghost incinerators, 16.5 million euros should be taken out of the ground to serve 200 thousand citizens a day.
