"I'M SORRY"/ the 18-year-old brings the short film

Juarda Allko, 18 years old from Cerrik, has chosen to present a short film on International Women's Day, which focuses on domestic violence and violence against women. The 18-year-old model, although very young, based on her personal experiences and what she has seen about the way women are treated today, has chosen to give a clear message to girls through a completely personal initiative, not to be victims of violence or bullying.

"It is a project that will be launched in 2021. It is a project that has its starting point from various phenomena that we have encountered such as violence against women, rape, trafficking but not only that. Since I am a girl , which belongs to the field of art, during my journey in this field I have encountered prejudices, bullying and many times I have been told that you are a girl and you can only serve as an object of beauty.

The message of this project provides clear lessons. We want to be together to show that our strength and voice should be heard everywhere and we are the strength of society.

The film is a new trend this year and is titled "I'm sorry".

In this film, we have dealt precisely with the concept of betrayal, as we see that girls are often betrayed and in the end commit suicide, therefore, through this film, we want to sensitize that we should love ourselves above all.

This is my realization, as I told you, and I started it precisely from the phenomena that are encountered every day, but it comes from my personal experiences, said the 18-year-old.

Her initiative has also been joined by well-known art people such as Miss Rose, who has dared to write a short film script about a pregnant woman who sacrifices herself as a musician.

"Actually, I've wanted this for a long time. I've experimented with things on a smaller scale, that is, a part in short films, and this part I did this time was really the first time. I also dealt with the script and the direction, let's say.

The whole thing started from the part that Juarda did for the third year in a row. A project for women. So, we raise her image, we give sensitizing messages against violence against her and things in this field", said DJ Miss Rose.

Afroviti Gusho, a women's protection activist in Pogradec for more than 15 years, expresses enthusiasm that such messages are now coming not only from women but also from young people with their art.

The short film "Sorry" premiered in Pogradec and will continue its journey in several cities of the country, with the only message that a woman can succeed./ CNA
