At noon today in Andros, in the area of ??Straburgies, in Greece, forests are burning. The fire has reached large proportions and is approaching the houses in that area.

According to the Greek media, residents are being evacuated in four surrounding areas, while 19 fire engines are on the ground working to extinguish the fires.

Reinforcements have also been requested and are expected to arrive on the island around 18:00./ CNA
