Mariglen Qato, Erion Veliaj, Redi Molla, and Taulant Tushe

After a court decision, the police implemented the orders to arrest about nine directors of the Municipality of Tirana, together with Taulant Tusha, who has the second arrest warrant. 

The men of the municipality and its directors, but also the ladies, are going to prison, some with "house arrest" assisted by the court, others proven with facts and documents, which are simply and only the first part of what SPAK - has taken them to court, because the investigation is longer and deeper, there are even more shocking facts and evidence and not only for them, but also for other directors, involved in benefit schemes, funds, tenders, hidden after different companies under other names.

Directors of Tirana Municipality are thieves and leaders of campaigns

There are strong suspicions that numerous funds secured by corruption were used to buy votes. But more than a political story, it is a story of thieves' corruption of the main group of people on the side of the mayor Erion Veliaj, individuals, who are responsible before the law for tender abuses, thefts, but also benefits of funds to provide, hostels, hotels, investments, villas, apartments, and so on.

Directors of Veliaj risk tens of years in prison and sequestration of assets

Taulant Tusha is already facing two charges, he risks over 10 years in prison, one is related to the incinerators issue, the other is related to the "5D" affair. Responsibilities are proven in both. 

The second in line is Mariglen Qato, previously accused by the prosecution in cases closed quickly, now Qato is arrested for the "5D" file. 

This one is also under investigation by SPAK for the issue of incinerators and a second charge is expected against him. Qato risks at least 10 years in prison. Then mergers of judgments, summary judgments and others may give more chances to the thieving directors of Erion Veliaj. 

Assets tens of millions of euros

On the other hand, there is another group of directors who have become rich very quickly.

The case of Red Molla, like the case of Tivar, like Kacidhja and others in a row, directors and leaders of the Municipality of Tirana, who hide, as we pointed out above, behind subjects, businesses, tenders, orders implemented for profit corrupt, but what must be done by the men of lali Eri who supported him, is simply and only to be kept, to be kept waiting for their long sentences.

Waiting for SPAK to seize your assets and return the money to the Albanians or to cooperate with justice, who gave them the orders?

Who invented the schemes? Who is the actual owner of their companies, just like the actual owner of the Tirana incinerator?!

Who is behind the corrupt directors in Tirana Municipality? 

They must be kept, either accepting indefinite imprisonment, loss of property and all they have, leaving their families without spouses, without parents for many years, because they must suffer theft and abuse, or cooperate with justice to advance it, the main man of this whole corrupt scheme built in the Municipality of Tirana, the de facto owner of the company "5D" is their real boss. They are simply and only implementers of the scheme, small beneficiaries of it.

Someone else is the de facto owner, the real person responsible for everything that happened in the incinerators affair with the "5D" scheme, with the various subjects, with the benefits from the European Union funds, with the villas, guesthouses, constructions, renewed concession contracts for benefited 60 million euros, and so on. 

So it's time for those men to be caught and very soon show us and prove, testify, who is the real owner of all the schemes they are involved in, that they have implemented to benefit millions and millions of euros./CNA
