On October 24, 2023, "Stop" aired the denunciation of a citizen against Mrs. Lumturie Gjana, a kitchen teacher at AKPA.

The citizen had given her 8,850 Euros for two Bulgarian passports. For 9 months, Ms. Gjana was only deceiving the citizen, not giving her either the money or the passports.

Another denunciation came with the promise of the device with a Bulgarian passport by the citizen Blerim Daci.

The informant says that he gave 15 thousand Euros and would give another 15 thousand when he gets his passport.

Whistleblower: I contacted him. It was posted that we make original Bulgarian passports. This also brings Lek from England to Albania with a percentage. I said to meet him closely to get to know him for who he is.

Journalist: What was the conversation you had closely with this citizen?

Complainant: The conversation was about the Bulgarian passport. It cost 35 thousand pounds. He left me 30 thousand Euros. I gave him half in cash and the other half after I got my Bulgarian passport. He told me that within a period of 4 months you will receive a Bulgarian identity card and after another 6 months your passport and you will hand over the other money. I gave him 15 thousand euros. It was September last year. It has been 1 year since I dealt with this story. I go to the house, we create arguments about money matters, the date puts me off.

The whistleblower: Blerim's father admitted it. The father of Blerim is called Hashim Daci, he signed a letter for me. I ask to get my hack, my sweat.

Journalist: Are you more interested in the Bulgarian passport?

Reporter: I don't like Ore at all.

After receiving the amount, Blerim Daci did not answer anymore, while his father, Hashim Daci, enters the scene, who, through a statement, accepts the debt in the amount of 10,000 Euros.

Hashim Daci: I have 4-5 others, paper work, that I was forced to go in and get a loan. Like X, there are 5 others. Some have 12, some have 5, some have 20. I got a 150 Euro loan to pay off my debts, until my funds come. That's it!

Hashim Daci: Come to the office, I will sign and stamp it! Purchase debt to my office!
