The minimum that should really work for this whole system to sell these types of products should be an e-commerce, a website, a domain.al that should be monitored all the time by AKEP and every process that it was done only from the e-commerce site, not from the Instagram site because from the Instagram site you can log in with different names.

From the e-commerce site you have to leave an identity card, you have to do an age verification and so on. Once your account is verified, then you can place an order and then the order must be checked to whom it was sold and so on and every invoice expected from these types of businesses must be with NIPT yes yes, but also with ID - of the person who bought this product and maybe also the reason because not every type of product can be bought by every type of individual and without the reason that they will be bought. This is the only way.

One of the relevant institutions that can control this is AKEP because AKEP is the authority between technological monitoring and the authority that also monitors the post offices that are in Albania because it monitors all the orders that come out of these post offices, both state and private.
