Fiks reporters communicated with the director of the 9-year-old school, who admitted that the children have been without a teacher, and that the appointment was made more than 10 days after the other teacher had retired. "I don't know how it was named and who it came from, I only know that it is under contract," says the director.

In the meantime, journalists are also seeking an answer from the Elbasan Local Education Office, an institution that left the school without a teacher for 10 days and violated the law on pre-university education by not declaring the position vacant when the teacher retired.

Ermir Çela, head of ZVA Elbasan, was open with the journalists at first and explained the procedures, but when he was faced with the question of why he did not announce the vacancy but waited for the resignation of the deputy director, then he asked for an official letter.

In the conversation with the journalists, Mr. Çela indicated that the vice-principal who resigned from another school who took the place of the teacher who retired, had been asking for her resignation for some time but we had not approved it until we had an empty place.
