An unusual denunciation has arrived at the newsroom of the investigative show "Stop" on TV Klan. The niece accuses her uncle, Nevruz Memaj, after he promised her brother-in-law's son from Pristina to provide him with an Albanian passport in exchange for 5 thousand Euros. The granddaughter from Berat has been married in Pristina for 16 years and her uncle's deception has created problems in the family.

Nevruz Memaj is a retired former police officer. He made the fictitious completion of the documentation, starting with the fake school certificate, and paying "coffee" according to the informant of the case to the Immigration office for a residence permit.

Complainant: I am 29 years old and we deal with cars. We have our service there in Kosovo. I borrowed most of the lek that I received because it was a very short time, it was begged in a short time and it is a problem with the crafts I work, to do it so quickly. At the beginning, when we met with him, we gave him Lek in hand, 400 Euro as a start for the return of documents. These are the certificates he asked us, they are with an apostille stamp. This is the address we sent to the person in question. This is proof of the judicial status of the Albanian state. Now, we have given most of the Lek, we have not made any recording or any video because we did not believe that it would come to this and after we suspected something, we suspected, we made a video. Now things are being seen on their own. Usually, whenever we met together, he always said to give him a coffee, but here the "coffee" was a little more expensive.

Q: How did you enroll in vocational school?

Complainant: I have been in Tirana for 3 years. It is the trade school and I was there for 2-3 days as a kind of practice, like that.

Question: Did you meet at Immigration and how did they give you "coffee"?

Informant: Near Immigration there is a cafe nearby and I went inside there. The head of Immigration was called Dritan. We met with him in the office and performed some procedures on you. I stopped and met Nevruzi opposite, that is, at Immigration, and he told me that "you have to give the boss a coffee". For the head of Immigration, it was 200 Euros for a coffee. You had to wait a long time to get in there, and on the basis of Nowruz, I entered most of the times and entered without a queue. I met the boss, we entered the office and talked, but it was noticed that he has acquaintances and said "about so-and-so". There were times when I sent a guy there who is mentioned in the document, he also got a coffee. Now who he is, I don't know. I believe there was a state function in Immigration.

Tek kushtet për të marrë pasaportë duhet dhe një shtëpi dhe Nevruzi ka menduar edhe për këtë, duke bërë sërish një kontratë qiraje fiktive për 6 muaj dhe për këtë 29-vjeçari nga Kosova ka paguar 1250 Euro.

Denoncuesi: Atë banesën që e kam paguar për 6 muaj, 200 Euro në muaj, unë nuk kam qenë asnjëherë në jetën time aty, nuk e di.

Pyetje: Pra ke paguar dhe një shtëpi me qira, ju lidhi Nevruzi. Kujt personi ja keni paguar këto Lekë për 6 muaj, ndërkohë që nuk keni ndenjur fare në këtë shtëpi. A keni ndonjë dokument?

Denoncuesi: Kjo është kontrata e qirasë që banoj në Tiranë. Është një me mbiemër Avdia apo Kolega, nuk e di tamam. Videot i kam bërë kur ia kam dhënë Lekët. Aty në tavolinë është prindi im dhe gruaja e xhaxhait tim. Ky është vërtetimi i vendbanimit tim në shtetin shqiptar dhe pas një kohe që e kemi paguar qiranë, nuk kam qëndruar asnjëherë. Duhej që të paguaja ekstra hotel në një vend tjetër dhe ka thënë që “ka vdekur personi”. Nga ajo që dimë ne, personi është gjallë.

Pyetje: Pse nuk qëndruat në këtë shtëpi?                                                           

Denoncuesi: Na tha “është pak larg, jo kështu e jo ashtu” dhe më pas e lamë me ashtu dhe tha që vetëm 3 ditë ke për të qëndruar sepse nuk ke punë më gjatë këtu.

Denoncuesi: Po njëlloj është, se ju po na thoni njëherë në Lekë, njëherë në Euro…

Denoncuesit e rastit nuk kanë mundur që të kontaktojnë me Nevruz Memajn prej dy vjetësh, kur ky i fundit siguroi 5 mijë Eurot.

Pyetje: Sa kohë keni që nuk flisni me Nervruz Memajn?

Denoncuesja: Kjo zgjati Shtator-Nëntor 2020, në 3-4 muaj kemi pasur kontaktet me të derisa u morën Lekët dhe më pas nuk kemi kontakte të tjera. Jemi munduar shumë që të kontaktojmë me to, por në momentin që kemi rënë në kontakt, ka dëgjuar zërin tonë, i kemi thënë kush jemi dhe automatikisht na ka bërë bllok në çdo numër.

Në një audio-përgjim të denoncuesit me Nevruz Memajn, dëgjohet se si ky i fundit i premton të riut se pasaporta shqiptare do t’i dalë.

Denoncuesi: Si shkoi ajo puna e pasaportës?

"Stop" has tracked down Nevruz, who lives in Durrës and in the face of his granddaughter, he cheated again to get out of the situation. While in the face of the "Stop" journalist, Nervruzi admitted that he gave the ruffs everywhere, where according to him he had to complete the procedures to get the Albanian passport.
