Regarding the problem of the citizen Robert Çaushi with the builder Marigo Kushi, the show "Stop" on TV Klan contacted the latter, who claims that she has a new permit but says that she will discuss it with the lawyer if she has to sign another contract with the citizen.

The journalist calls her, introduces herself to Marigo Kushi, explains the reason for the call and asks why the citizen's case has stalled.

Marigo Kushi:  I do not have to change the contract, contract annex when the contract is legal and does not change. Not that it was made in 2010, but also in 2000, it is a legal contract.

Journalist: Yes, you have received a new construction permit.

Marigo Kushi:  Yes, I received permission.

Journalist: You have an obligation to sign that business contract as long as it is, but today you have a new construction permit.

Marigo Kushi:  I don't know! I will discuss it with the lawyer. The company has a lawyer.

Journalist: Yes, there is a lawyer, but you should know that you have to sign the business contract since the construction permit has expired, so that business contract you made in 2012, make no mistake, is invalid today.

Marigo Kushi:  What is the problem here, when the building is being built? The approval will be done, the mortgage will be issued. No other client has me... I don't just have Bert Chaushin, I have many clients.

Journalist: Yes, but you are under obligation to this client and he must be insured for those apartments he must win.

Marigo Kushi:  Ok, anyway! Listen Viola! I will speak with the firm's lawyer and get on the phone to give you an accurate answer.

In the second conversation with Mrs. Kushi, she claims that the permit is renewed and not new, so she does not intend to make another contract with her client. But in fact, even in this case, a refresh should be made, an annex to the contract with the current deadlines in order to continue the actions in the cadastre.

Marigo Kushi:  I consulted and I do not consider it reasonable to make an annex to the contract. If the client has doubts, there is a court, the prosecutor.

Journalist: Why don't you call it reasonable?

Marigo Kushi:  I don't consider it reasonable to make a contract annex at a time when I have a basic legal contract from 2010.

Journalist: It's an old pass.

Marigo Kushi:  With the same permission, we just refreshed things because the problems happened to us as well.

Journalist: Yes, you told me that we have a new building permit.

Marigo Kushi:  It is not a new permit. It is the existing permit and was renewed with no. other protocol.

Journalist: When did your 2012 leave expire?

Marigo Kushi:  Within the deadlines!

Journalist: When?

Marigo Kushi:  It was definitely one day, Viola.

Journalist:  Because from 2012 to 2020, when you received the new construction permit, you are not granted a permit for 7 years.

Marigo Kushi:  I don't think it's reasonable to do it, that's all.

Journalist: You told me that you have an extension of the construction permit. Then why can't he do an action in the cadastre if you claim it is an extension?

Marigo Kushi:  Don't do it, as not all customers do!

Journalist: As they don't, but others have bought them willingly, while this one took them out of trouble./tvklan.al
