A strong denunciation was made this Monday for the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj.

The member of the Presidency of the DP, Belind Këlliçi, denounced in a press release that the people of the incinerator of Tirana have financed the electoral campaign of Veliaj in the 2019 elections.

According to him, Veliaj received from the Tirana incinerator company the amount of 1 million euros for the local elections.

"Erion Veliaj is the only one who, as an owner, was given money from the incinerator of Tirana, in the 2019 elections," the former MP emphasized.

According to him, this is not the only benefit that the socialist mayor has received from the incinerators.

He claimed that the people of the incinerators have paid a bill of 300 thousand euros to get cars in favor of the Municipal Police.

We have already entered the fourth month of our intensive communication with the structure of SPAK, regarding the affair of the century, that of the ghost incinerator of Tirana, which still continues to steal every day money from your taxes, a full 120 million euros up to today.

Regarding the denunciations and the publication of indisputable facts from our side, the real owner of this corrupt enterprise, the mayor of Tirana Erion Veliaj, has reacted only once, after the arrest of his right-hand man, Taulant Tuša, whom Veliaj sacrificed himself to save his own skin.
