Complainant: It is about a car wash, which started its activity more than 5 years ago. In 2019, we, as residents, have started complaints to the Durrës Municipality and other institutions, such as: ISHMPUT, DRM, KTA.

Complainant: About the noises. For the noises generated by the sink and washing machine. This subject starts the activity at 8 in the morning and ends at 7 in the evening. We cannot stay at home with the window open; or to open the windows to air the house because we can't stay. We also have people who stay at home all day, don't stay at work all day and can't stand the noise. We don't stay at home, we stay with closed windows, we don't come out here until 7 o'clock in the afternoon. After 7 o'clock we go out!
