Salting continues on the Bogë-Theth axis to prevent frost and ensure traffic safety

Road authorities have continued to spread salt on the Bogë-Theth axis, one of the most important roads in the mountainous area, throughout the day, in order to prevent frost and ensure the safe movement of vehicles.

Work is being carried out in all segments where low temperatures and adverse weather conditions may create a risk of frost, making vehicle movement difficult. The structures responsible for the maintenance of mountain roads are engaged with specialized vehicles and personnel to ensure the road is passable at all times.

The intervention is being carried out as part of preventive measures to avoid accidents and traffic obstructions, while citizens and tourists traveling in this area are advised to be careful and respect road signs.

Authorities emphasize that they remain on standby for immediate intervention in the event of worsening meteorological conditions and for any possible emergency.
