Doubtful water supply tenders / Zoto and Mertiri benefited millions of euros

The facts and evidence collected by SPAK are increasingly bringing to light the truth about the incinerators. Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mertiri have also benefited millions of euros from dubious water supply tenders.

Teo Albe", where the administrator is Klodian Zoto, concluded a contract of 391 million alleks, or about 3.5 million euros, with the Fier Waterworks for the installation of meters for a period of almost 5 years.

In this period, the head of this company, Zoto, was employed as a part-time legal advisor to the director of the water supply of Fier, Salarjon Totaj, at the same time as the husband of the minister Elisa Spiropali. 

The company "Teo Albe" was registered in August 2010 in the ownership of the company "Teotec Telecommunication and information commercial and industrial", it is a co-shareholder in the company Sportel, where the administrator is Klodian Zoto, and the other shareholder is the company FMO founded by Klodian Zoto.

But this contract where tenders from Zoto e Mertiri benefit is not the only one. And in the Municipality of Korça and Berat, the same "scheme" can be observed.

Mirel Mertiri and Gugalja got to work on the tender for the water supply meters of Korça and Berat. The facts and evidence collected by SPAK are increasingly bringing to light the truth about the incinerators.  

Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri in the municipalities that were run by socialists have had opportunities for tender benefits and this is shown by SPAK documents.
