Sentenced to 15 years in prison for murder, the most wanted man is arrested in Italy

A 49-year-old man sentenced to 15 years in prison has been handcuffed by the police.

Artur Doku alias Gent Sherifi, 49 years old, was located and arrested in Italy, as a result of the exchange of information between the police of our country and the Italian police authorities.

The 49-year-old was declared an international wanted man after the Tirana Court of Appeal sentenced him to 15 years in prison for the criminal offenses of "Premeditated murder" and "Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition".

In 1997, he shot and killed the citizen I. Ç., and injured the citizen D. Ç.
