Dog tender scandal

Granit Gjana, the deputy mayor of the municipality of Kukes, appeared this Friday at the Special Prosecutor's Office.

Gjana has been summoned by SPAK regarding the dog tender scandal.

His questioning by SPAK comes about two months after Safet Gjic's video scandal became public.

We remind you that on June 16, a video was published on social networks, where Safet Gjici, together with citizen Alma K., committed a sexual act in the office of the mayor of Kukës.

CNA  discovered that Alma K. had an activity for the protection of animals and had gone to Safet Gjici's office to submit a project to receive funds.

This CNA research   was also confirmed by the full video, published by journalist Artan Hoxha.

The video showed how after the sexual act, Gjici talked with Alma K. about the street dog tender and instructed the vice president Granit Gjana to follow the legal steps for the project.

Afterwards, the girl went to Gjana's office and received the instructions for the necessary documents, submitted the papers and finally left the Kukes Municipality building with the confirmation that she would receive the tender./  CNA.al
