Incinerator of Tirana/ SPAK and Monitor reconfirm CNA's denunciations

Yesterday, the Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK) announced that it has seized the Tirana incinerator.

SPAK revealed the facts that it had been able to provide, confirm, or verify regarding the Tirana landfill, behind which Mirel Mërtiri and Klodian Zoto are hiding.
