SPAK closes investigations into the "Golden Bullet" operation

SPAK has closed the investigations for the "Golden Bullet" operation.

"Golden Bullet", is the SPAK operation that issued 32 arrest warrants, of which only 18 were executed.

20 people have been charged in this case. The charges are being communicated to them by SPAK, and it is expected that the file will be sent to the GJKKO for trial. The hearings on this matter are expected to start during the month of September.

There are 12 people who have been declared wanted as part of this operation. If they are not arrested by the relevant authorities within one year then the process will start in absentia.
