They benefited from corruption in the incinerator of Tirana/ Assets worth 1

On Tuesday, SPAK seized Tirana's incinerator. In the investigation file of SPAK, it is underlined that Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri are the real owners of the incinerator, confirming CNA investigative news. 

The investigations showed that Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri used other persons and companies to hide their tracks as the real owners of the concession company "Integrated Energy BV SPV" sh.pk, benefiting from the monetary value of ALL 409,428,000. 

In the mega-affair of the Tirana incinerator, Klodian Zoto has declared falsified invoices for works performed through the company "Integrated Energy Services" sh.pk, as a subcontractor of the concessionaire company of the Tirana incinerator.

They have not stopped there, they even indirectly own the company "FMO" sh.pk. From the illegal benefits from the Tirana incinerator, through the company FMO, they have bought a real estate, with an area of ??611 m2, worth 1 million euros in the city of Durrës. 

This property was seized by SPAK today. 

"Also, the fact that the citizens Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri indirectly own the company "FMO" sh.pk. From the investigation, evidence was gathered that these citizens, using the illegal profits, bought on behalf of the subject "FMO" sh.pk. pk, a real estate, with an area of ??611 m2, worth 1,000,000 Euros, located in the city of Durrës", says the announcement of SPAK.
