Three people have been arrested by the police, while two others are being sought after they are accused of massively cutting down forest areas in the "Liqeni i Black" protected area, in order to secure timber in violation of the law.

The 38-year-old man with the initials BD, a resident of Bulqiza, the 45-year-old man with the initials NB, and the 43-year-old man with the initials ZK, both residents of Dibër, were arrested.

Citizens BL, 46 years old and AL, 42 years old, brothers, both residents of Fushë Bulqiza, who had hired the 3 arrested citizens, to cut timber in the protected area "Black Lake" were declared wanted. ".

2 Variska vehicles and 1 truck were seized, which served respectively for the opening of roads and for the transportation of timber, a chainsaw and a quantity of illegally cut timber, which was found in different parts of the "Black Lake" protected area. .
