He was driving under the influence of narcotics, the 29-year-old man was arrested in Tirana

This Wednesday, the 29-year-old with the initials AH was arrested in the act, as he was driving the vehicle under the influence of narcotics.  

He was stopped for control after driving the vehicle in an irregular manner and after testing with the AquilaScan device, it turned out that the 29-year-old was under the influence of narcotics. A quantity of suspected narcotic cannabis was found on him, which was seized as material evidence.

During the escort to the police station, the 29-year-old objected to the police officers.  

In total, the number of vehicle drivers who have tested positive for drugs, after testing with the AquilaScan device, this year is 24. 

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further actions. /CNA.al
