At the meeting of the Presidency of the Democratic Party, former Prime Minister Sali Berisha said that they are holding this meeting to close an important phase called vote protection.

Berisha admitted that in the last elections there were mistakes by DP and thanked those who supported this party saying that their hard work and sweat will be appreciated.  

"We called this meeting to close an important phase that we have called vote protection and to move to a new phase, a complete analysis of the DP on its functionality. I thank those sympathizers who committed themselves to the best possible result. Their hard work and sweat will be appreciated by the DP. It doesn't mean that there were no mistakes and flaws in our electoral machinery, so we are opening the door for a complete analysis of the electoral process," said Berisha./ CNA.al
