The National Council of the Territory approves 20 construction permits

The National Council of the Territory has approved 20 construction permits, facilities which are expected to be built along the Albanian coast.

It is known that the permits are related to resorts, which as well as hotels.

The first two permits on the agenda for coastal constructions were for the Lezha area.

The first permit is for the object "Residential building, Shëngjin", while the second permit approved by KKT is for Residential and service facilities and hotel and casino facilities, with the Dukagjini Group as the beneficiary.

On the agenda at the KKT meeting were the two tourist port projects, that of Durrës and Vlora. For the Port of Durrës, KKT approved the construction permit for 9 buildings.

More specifically, the construction permit was approved for the object: "Residential and service building with 1, 6, 7, 8 and 10 floors above ground, 1 floor partially underground parking and 1 floor underground parking" and "Residential and service building 1, 6, 7 and 8 floors above ground, 1 floor partially underground parking and 1 floor underground parking", Zone 02, Management Zone A02 and A04, located in "Durres Marina & Yachts", with the developer company "Durrës Marina" sh.a. .

While for the Port of Durrës, the construction permit was approved for the object: "Residential accommodation structure and Marina Resort Vlorë", Block 2 (Object C4), located in the Municipality of Vlorë, with the developer company "Marina Residence Vlorë" sh.p..

On the coast of Lalzi, the National Council of the Territory has approved permits for 4 projects. The first is the development permit for the object: "Hotel Structure and Services", located in Lalzi Bay, with the developer company "Prime Capital" sh.pk

Likewise, the development permit has been approved for the object: "Hotel Structure", located on the Street: "Bregu i Detit", in Gjirin e Lalzi, Durrës Municipality, with the developer company "Emav Group" sh.pk.

The other two decisions were the approval of the construction permit for the third phase of the tourist resort "Lura 5" as well as the approval of the construction permit for the "Adriatica Resort" facility, with the developer company "Edil Al-It" sh.pk.

A number of projects have been approved on the South coast. Among them are the development permit for the Village Square resort with the developer Seaside Construction, as well as the construction permit for the "Hotel Service Building", located in Dhërmi, Himarë Municipality, with the developer La Brisa Society.

Meanwhile, the other projects for which the construction permit has been approved belong to the Radhima area.

A day ago, the KKT also approved construction permits for 7 towers or residential buildings in Tirana, such as a multi-functional building in Tirana, the construction permit for a facility with a service destination on Brigada 8 street with developer company Infinity Investment and Johannes Ëissengruber. and permits for the construction of a tower in the Municipality of Paris, with the developer Sara-El.

KKT has also approved permits for the construction of the Tirana Lana Riverside Residences complex located on Gjergj Fishta Boulevard with the developer Forever Construction and for the Tirana East Tower Residence building, located on Gramoz Pashko Street, with the developer Geo Construction.
