Blushi: Sad! Albanians get poorer, Rama and the ministers get richer

The General Secretary of the Freedom Party, Tedi Blushi, says that poverty in our country is deepening every day.

In a post on social networks, Blushi writes that while this happens to Albanians, the opposite happens to the governors where, according to him, Rama and the ministers get rich.

He says that the situation is alarming, referring to the fact that the poverty rate is almost twice the rate of other Western Balkan countries and several times higher than the average of the European Union.

Blushi says that it is time for a responsible economic policy in the interest of the citizens

Poverty deepens every day, especially for 935,821 citizens, who live today with less than 6.8 USD income per day, while no concrete measure is being taken by this Government, unworthy of popular trust and insensitive to the most needy layers.

This sad fact is also highlighted in the latest report of the World Bank, where it is emphasized that "the poverty rate in Albania has remained very high compared to other countries in the region, despite economic growth".

The situation is alarming considering the fact that the poverty rate is almost double the rate of other Western Balkan countries and several times higher than the average of the European Union.

Meanwhile, hundreds of thousands of other Albanian families living on the income of their relatives in emigration have been impoverished by 15% more due to the intentional and speculative devaluation of the Euro.

Albania continues to have the highest level of prices in percentage of the European average compared to the countries of the region, but the Government instead of economic aid continues to pay millions of euros for incinerators that do not exist.

"Rilindja" has declared a guaranteed war for the protection and development of democracy, which is the middle class, while the rampant and criminal corruption of Edi Rama and the Government only deepens and spreads. The cost of living has become unaffordable, prices are rising, unemployment is increasing!

Encouraging production, increasing exports, the knowledge economy, freedom and business-friendly climate, reducing the fiscal burden and formalizing the economy, guaranteeing vital income for the most needy classes, especially the consolidation and expansion of the middle class of society are the only way to get Albania and Albanian families out of bankruptcy.

Albanians deserve a Government that takes care of their people and their pockets, not of Rama and his ministers!

It is time for a responsible economic policy in the interest of the citizens!/ CNA.al
