According to the Constitutional Court of Sadushi, Veliaj can only be dismissed

There is a feverish stream of analysts who have rushed to the media and are evaluating the decision of the Constitutional Court. None of them analyzes the absurdity of the decision of our Constitutional Court.

The Constitutional Court has practically said that any dismissal can only be made for serious violations of the Constitution, and as such, the Court says, is also an absence from work for 3 months.

But after saying what he himself says, he also explains to us what the legislator said when he only wrote: "missing 3 months in office."

According to the members of the Constitutional Court, at least of those 5 black days who voted for the absurdity, when the legislator wrote, "missing 3 months", he meant "missing 3 months without reason".

According to the imagination of those 5 black people who are commanded by the worm that is eroding the wooden edifice of the justice system, there are cases when a locally elected mayor is absent from work for 3 months without reason.

It's just how he likes it!

And not only do they imagine this themselves, but they imagine that those who wrote, discussed, and voted on the provision also had the same vision as them.

So, they are explaining to us that with a 3-month absence, only absence without reason is understood.
For example, Erion Veliaj went to the beach for 3 months.

What an idiotic fantasy a legislator could have had, who, according to the imagination of the Constitutional Court's dark days, thought that there could be an option that a local elected official, one day, might not be able to hold office and not go to work!

And because they thought of this option, they also wrote a provision that threatens the Mayor with dismissal if he goes to the beach for 3 months.

Is absence without reason called absence without permission? Did they equate it with a simple employee when they imagined this "absence without reason"?

We were left without being told who the mayor had to get permission from to go to the beach, so that the absence would not be called "unjustified".
But they have given Rama the right to start the dismissal procedure from the beginning once again. It's not a small thing if you think about it! Maybe to explain the rest to us!

Rama should start the procedure over again, so that when he goes back to the dark days, they can bring him down again to tell us more.
Until today, it had never happened that a mayor was absent from office for more than 3 months.

Today the Constitutional Court told us that Veliaj can only be dismissed if he goes to the beach for 3 months. Without permission!

There's just one problem. Veliaj didn't go to the beach!

He's in prison for a while! /CNA
