Strong wind storms and heavy rain have caused problems in Lezha. Since last midnight, problems have been caused in the electricity supply and maritime traffic.
Several villages in the Zadrima area, as well as in the Kolsh and Zejmen administrative units, are without electricity due to network faults caused by bad weather.
